The M.O.M. Collective mentors a trio of young creatives from Booker T. Washington High School, as they carve their path in the arts and music industry. We provide guidance, resources, and real-world experience —helping them refine their craft while retaining full creative freedom.

Our Approach:

- 100% free access. Mentees reciprocate by volunteering their time back to the space and cause.

- Hands-On Learning: w/ direct access to studio space, equipment, and industry experts.  

- Autonomy w/ real projects, collaborations, and  growth.  

- Booking & Beyond:... Guiding their music startup with practical insights into promotion, production, and creative entrepreneurship.
